Fried stuff are always predictable, its either too salty or dry and the taste is too one dimension to be appreciated. When my friend ordered this dish to be shared, I felt it was a waste for our tummy spaces. The chicken strips are dipped in salted egg batter and given the deep fried treatment. It was not as dry as I expected as the chicken strips were rather thin though the batter was too thick on some slices.
