The salmon steak comes in a set of rice, miso soup, chawanmushi, and a side dish of vegetable.The salmon is very well seasoned with strong flavour in it. The salmon is freshly sweet. The sauce was good and it bring out a unique taste overall. It was kinda small in term of portion however. Good thing I have other good food to munch to fill my tummy at Kissaten.
