The pork noodle in De Happy Land is decent. This pork noodle has the standard noodle options that you can mix and match ranging from kuey tiao, yellow mee, bihun, loh she fun and the likes. I ordered the bihun only, with the soupy option. The good part of this noodle is that its soup is quite flavourful and has much minced pork in it. However, I find that it was too salty for my liking. The bihun seemed overcooked as it is too soft, and some how it absorbs too much of the soup. This bowl of nood

I ordered the bihun only, with the soupy option. The good part of this noodle is that its soup is quite flavourful and has much minced pork in it. However, I find that it was too salty for my liking. The bihun seemed overcooked as it is too soft, and some how it absorbs too much of the soup. This bowl of noodles comes with a generous amount of minced pork, vegetables and some pork slices. It also comes with some pork liver which was cut too thick for my liking. A decent dish of pork noodle, but I've tried better.
