The milk ice tasted like thickened milk - very sweet and creamy. It was good, but wouldn't be good on its own. Good thing it was served with some Q-jelly (texture went very well with the milk ice), taro balls (which seemed out of place in terms of texture and flavour - too chewy without any real flavour), red bean (which was too sweet to match with the milk ice), and mango (which was soft and sweet and somehow just made the dessert very nice despite the double sweetness).

I think I would prefer it more if it was all just mango and perhaps some Q-jelly.
