There's something about mango-based desserts that just really appeals to me. I just can't get enough of it. Upon spotting the mango sago with pomelo on the menu at Tong Pak Fu, I couldn't resist. Funny thing is, I stepped in because of a promotion, but I decided that I wouldn't like the flavour of the day that much, and opted for the mango dessert instead.The mango richness was so intense and creamy, and the sweetness is just right.
