There's something about mango-based desserts that just really appeals to me. I just can't get enough of it. Upon spotting the mango sago with pomelo on the menu at Tong Pak Fu, I couldn't resist. Funny thing is, I stepped in because of a promotion, but I decided that I wouldn't like the flavour of the day that much, and opted for the mango dessert instead.The mango richness was so intense and creamy, and the sweetness is just right. The abundant bits of pomelo gave an added dimension of sweetnes

Funny thing is, I stepped in because of a promotion, but I decided that I wouldn't like the flavour of the day that much, and opted for the mango dessert instead.

The mango richness was so intense and creamy, and the sweetness is just right. The abundant bits of pomelo gave an added dimension of sweetness and texture. Perhaps one of the best mango desserts I've ever had.
