I was delighted to see that Noble Mansion also serves Hong Kong kai lan prepared two ways, as I have had this dish in their sister restaurant Oriental Pavilion. I ordered and the dish came quite fast. However, I was disappointed to see that the fried leafy bits were much less compared to Oriental Pavilion.
