Fu chuk has always been my favourite item regardless of what cuisine i.e yong tao fu, steamboat etc. Ocean Shabu Shabu came in a plate, and the portion was too little for the price that I am paying. The fu chuk was big pieces though. It was crispy and I could eat it just by itself. However, I still prefer to dip it into the steamboat hot soup to make it softer. The fu chuk was slightly salty and soft texture.
