The fish paste noodle consisted of fish paste, seaweed, fu chuk and sprinkled with spring onions. I ordered the loh shue fun and it was not being boiled fully, some loh shue fun were hard. It turned off my appetite. I could not finish it. The fish paste were thin. Although it has no fishy taste, it does not have the springy texture, it was soft, and slight salty. The fu chuk was quite tough too. The seaweed was soggy and salty. The broth was plain taste, nothing to shout about.
