The double boiled superior soup with beef and enoki mushroom in Japanese paper wok looked rather interesting from the menu, hence hubby and I unanimously agreed to order. The name was a mouthful, and the dish is also a big mouthful. Though the portion is not that big, it is sufficient for the both of us. The soup is definitely superior, while the enoki mushrooms wrapped in beef was very delectable. There were also some shitake mushrooms as well as some sliced white mushrooms in the dish. Definit
