Instead, the flavour was moderately good to be done as thick broth that is at the same time actually gluey and sticky. When at the lighter taste, it is great to compensate it with a little vinegar and despite the acidity of the vinegar which wouldn’t harm if taken once in a while, for it to bring out more flavour from the noodles. Apart from noodles, there are choices of congee which I would love to try them the next time I ever come back to the lam mee ya. Here in the empire outlet, the seats are neat and clean while at the same time, I also appreciate the menu with pictures on the wall as their wall papers.

The menu of noodles, all their beverage and many more is a joy to look at while waiting for your order to arrive. It was an interesting experience and that was also when I decided to return to try their congee. The char siew chicken lam udon sells at RM 12.80 and the char siew was actually thick enough to really enjoy the texture. In general, it was pretty palatable and would be a great choice if thinking about noodle when around this area or while shopping in the empire shopping mall.
