Black sesame dessert (“ji ma hu”) is a favourite dessert of mine. The paste was blended nicely and it was really smooth. I have a good time savouring it. Also, the paste was filled with black sesame taste, it was very aromatic. I found that it was not too bitter, which was just nice for my liking. A little bit of black sesame on top of it added some crunchy texture to the dessert.
