This is pork knuckles served with salad and mashed potatoes. The pork knuckles were cut into smaller pieces, so it's easier to eat. The skin for the pork is crispy but i also tasted some parts of the skin being tough and chewy. The meat was slightly salted. Mashed potatoes and the salad was nice. With such a catchy name, this place should be poised to a hog heaven. The thing that attracts me the most on this dish is the crispy golden color skin of the pork. The skin has a salty crunch to it and for some people it may be too oily to be consumed. The meat was a little chewy and can be eaten alone without adding the sauces. I didn't add much sauce as the pork was bathed in its own juices and spices which complements the dish perfectly.
