既来之 则安之。 很快订了 鸳鸯锅汤底RM20,因为是中国北方人,辣锅要了最辣的汤底。

上菜速度很快,看得出来,各种肉丸全都是冷冻的, 肉片看着也不像是新鲜的。 后面很快证实了这一点。

吃了第一口,就真正体会了那句俗话,群众的眼睛是雪亮的。 50%的折扣还是没有人光顾,不是没有理由的。
肉完全没有鲜味道,丸子也很糟糕,口感味道都很差。汤底就是 6RM 一包小天鹅火锅底料的水准,全都是味精味道。丸子和汤底都很咸, 我猜测,可能是要掩盖食物的不新鲜。食物完全没有水准,味道还不如一些大排档。

说了缺点,说说优点:

环境还算安静 整洁 服务不错,很周到
其他的, 真的没有了 。。。。。。

Oh ya, before kicking off your dining, it is better to get yourself familiarized with their noteworthy inhouse sauce. These condiments are uniquely blended with the diaspora influence from the region of Chong Qing, that surely helps to enhance the overall taste of the steamboat fare. They comes mainly in four concoction: garlic oil, groundnut paste, fragrant leaves paste, sour and spicy chilli sauce. Among them, the greenish relish intrigues me the most. 辣子鸡. This super spicy chicken that cooked with whole lotsa chili padi is not official on the menu yet but you can request from them. This will go best with beer or just a bowl of plain rice! SO GOOD! It didn't leave me a stomachache even it is so spicy so I am totally in for this.

We were served with double steamboat pots with hot and spicy (mala) on one side, and herbs soup on the other side. From Maggie, the hot and spicy pot that she serves was just middle range of spiciness. They do have higher and even more spicy steamboat for people. Just that we, Malaysian do not eat that kind of spicy food which for us, is beyond words. SO SPICY AND NUMB TONGUE WITH SEXY SWOLLEN LIPS. But I do enjoy the ma la so badly.

Herbs-based soup is famous among us because most of us couldn't bear with the sexy hot and spicy soup. Chilis are the essential in every steamboat restaurant. Maggie had invented several type of chilli from red to green, the green chili tasted the BEST (it contains celery, lemon, chili, garlic etc). The one right at the bottom is peanut paste, so to create one awesome chili for your steamboat, you will need to put two scoops of red chilli paste, two scoops of green, one scoop of peanut, a big of chilli oil and garlic oil. PERFECT!

The best part is that it doesn't curl up into tiny pieces that leave nothing to chew. Serving is generously good, costs RM 12.80 per plate only. Good to eat with the dipping sauces, especially the special green sauce made from celery leaves (daun saderi), lemon juice, garlic & fresh chillies. Tasted better if cooked in the Herbal soup

Good to eat with the dipping sauces, especially the special green sauce made from celery leaves (daun saderi), lemon juice, garlic & fresh chillies. Tasted better if cooked in the Herbal soup instead of the Hot & Spicy soup. This is because the spiciness of the 'ma lat' soup sort of masked the flavouring of the pork. To experience some delicious goodness, remember to order this special Pork belly on your next visit to this place....

One of their speciality is the Home made Parsley Pork Ball. Fresh made upon request, these roundish morsel was meaty, pure savory comfort food. Loved the extra bits of chopped parsley within the minced meat, which gives an exceptionally taste to the palate. Sure winner with parsley lovers like me!

But fret not, if you re not a great fan of the parsley family, they do have the plain version without the parsley ie the Home made Pork Ball. Although, I was not given a chance to try it but I believe it should taste equally as good as the parsley ones.

这里的火锅配料种类很多,汤方面有三种选择-药膳锅底-RM20 鸳鸯锅底-RM18 酸菜锅底-RM20每个汤都是放足实料烹煮的,所以都很不错。猪肉片,片得薄薄的,在锅底刷刷两下就熟了。好吃的手工嫩鸡肉片。(RM12)牛肉片。苏东茼莴菜(RM7)和生菜(RM6)金针菇(RM6)虽然价钱有些高,但是分量给的也很多,一份大约够5-6个人分享。所以如果是和一大群朋友一起来,就可以享受更多钟配料。

一碟大约RM12.颗颗都是真材实料,再配上这里特熬的火锅汤,不得了啊。
肉丸特别柔软弹性,吸入了火锅汤汁的甜味。
还有很重的香菜味,喜欢香菜的朋友,更是不能错过。

二辣,表示吃重庆火锅,其麻辣烫和酱料的味道必须有正宗的辣香味浓。
这个店家真的做到了。这里的汤还分大辣,中辣和小辣,
除了为了符合大马人的口味之外,不太能吃辣的顾客也可以点小辣,吃吃重庆火锅的独特风味。

说道了辣,老板娘请大家吃了重庆著名的辣子鸡。
鸡块切小块后,炸至外焦内酥,然后和各式辣椒炒成一碟又香又辣的辣子鸡。
这叠辣子鸡,刚放入嘴时就可以吃到脆香的味道,慢慢的麻辣味延到整个嘴巴。
那是需要下多少的功夫,才能把鸡炒得如此麻辣鲜香阿。

至于第三点-回味。
虽然价钱方面有些贵,
但其料鲜美,汤汁也是用真材实料来连夜熬制,喝了再多也不觉得口渴。
吃了这里的火锅,果真回味无穷啊。
让我不禁告诉自己,一定会再回来。
