Pork Loin with mustard sauce. The pork loin was placed on top of a sea of cabbages and topped with carrots and onions together with the mustard sauce. The mustard sauce smell was very empowering. It was slightly mustard-spicy and it was slightly salty too. The pork loin was a thick piece and it was not too tough and not too soft either. The cabbages were crunchy though.

Grilled babyback ribs with smoked BBQ sauce. The baby back ribs were placed on top of potato and alongside with salad. The babyback ribs were marinated with smoked BBQ sauce and the taste was very good. It was very aromatic with the smoked taste as well as BBQ taste. The potato was soft. The ribs were not fork-tender per-se, but it was still soft, not tough at all.

Chili cheese fries. As I am crazy with fries, I tried a different variety than the normal ones - chili cheese fries. The presentation looked appealing as the cheese were baked till golden brown. The fillings were fries and some minced meat. It was quite watery and salty too. The fries were soften by the gravy. The cheese were very fragrant and salty. It has some chili in it which was quite spicy too.

Pork knuckle. It was served with sauerkraut ("sour cabbage"). The pork knuckle was indeed a big piece. Based on its look, it was fully deep fried. However, not all the parts were crispy. Some parts were crispy and some parts were just tough. It was quite salty and I had to eat it with the sauerkraut to balance back the saltiness. The sauerkraut was slightly sourish.

Caesar salad. The salad consisted lettuce, tomato, bacon and bread crumbs. Although the ingredients were not much varieties, but the portion was really big, it definitely meant to be for sharing. The salad was topped with cheese powder and the smell was empowering and slightly salty. The lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The bread crumbs were deep fried till crispiness.

Fattening and high cholesterol food is always peoples favorite and delicious. I wonder why. This Ribs @ Oasis is no doubt serve good and yummy pork ribs. Ready with your pair of clean hands and eat it till you suck all the juices out of the bones. Ribs @ Oasis is a shop with simple settings, quite cozy and good for gatherings.Grilled Salmon. The grilled salmons were being put on top of a bed of mushroom and vegetables. The grilled salmon has strong fishy taste. The vegetables and mushroom tasted nice though.Mushroom soup was served with a piece of plain bread. The mushroom soup was normal, nothing to shout about.

Ribs' Pork Burger. This version came with a piece of pineapple, bacon, and a standard size pork patty. When I ate the first bite of pork patty, it is smoked pork patty. I don't like anything that is being smoked, so strictly personal preference that I do not enjoy this pork burger.Grilled Pork Loin. The pork loin was served with a bed of apple sauce on top, and I do not like the apple sauce as it tasted weird. The pork loin was tender though.

Many people may not know about this shop because it's hidden away in a row of shop in BU4, nearby to new wing of One Utama.
