Belacan Four Heavenly King ("Sei dai tin wong"). To go with our steamed fish, we ordered this Belacan Four Heavenly King, omitted the petai (since I do not eat petai). The belacan was quite spicy and it was very salty. Not to mention it was oily too. Although the long beans were crunchy and the brinjal was soft, we struggled to finish this dish due to its saltiness.

Loh Hon Guo. My dining partner has been craving for this place even since he first tried signature steamed fish head. So one night, he brought me here. Since it was late, there were not may customers and we got to sit on a big table. I ordered Loh Hon Guo to go with the dishes. The loh hon guo was thick and not too sweet. It somehow has some sour taste though. It was a normal drink.

Signature Steamed "Soong" Fish. Of course when we dine here, we will ordered the Signature Steamed "Soong" Fish. The plate of fish was boiled under a stove. The fish was topped with minced ginger, spring onions and chili. Although it looked clear, the broth was really flavourful and we finished the whole plate of broth, it was not salty. The fish was fresh and the meat was juicy.
