This is Salmon sushi with melted cheese and roes. The salmon is freshand it taste nice with melted cheese and roes.The salmon sashimi is so thick each slice of it and I like this food presentation so much.I quite like this salmon sushi.

Visited this place couple of times. Serving very affordable food. Location is good and the staff are helpful, warm, attentive and informative. These 2 dishes must have in every visit of mine. Have also shared the same with my friends. - Never knew having Chawanmushi along with boiling hot sake can be so satisfying. Always love to drink sake in boiling temperature, could taste better. This time can try another dishes from ichiban boshi. I order this Ebi fry curry. This come will fresh breaded prawn, vegetables with japanese curry on rice with pickles and fruit. this really i like so much. The curry not that spicy just taste good enough. Only for me is the price a bit expensive.

I happened to patronize this place as my friend wanted to squeeze a quick lunch appointment here during the lunch hour and we shared a few dishes of sushi among us while catching up on each others lives. I find the salmon not very fresh and it was sliced very thinly. The rice was non sticky and break apart when I picked it up with the chopstick. Maybe it was lunch hour and they were short on staff or I couldn't control my grip on the chopstick.

This time wanna try out japanese food. In my recommendation , this was special taste for me to try out soba with meats and egg and with green tea as well. It taste good and quite a lots. With crispy chicken and soft taufu , really nice to eat. Beside that, I like japanese food also because have ginger as well.
