As I entered Food Republic, a fragrance attracted me to the Teppanyaki shop immediately. I ordered the chicken chop set which cost RM 15, exclusive GST. The set includes rice, beans sprouts, vegetable and soup. To my surprise, the set do not come with any drinks. The chef started cooking the beans sprout, then vegetable and lastly the chicken. 点了一份这里的蚝煎。端来的时候整个鸡蛋味道很香。但是吃进嘴巴里面的时候却觉得鸡蛋煮到太熟了。所以少了一种嫩滑的感觉，里面的蚝并没有很多，辣酱的味道也欠奉，并没有很好吃。

I was lured to the counter when I saw the half roasted chicken being advertised at the entrance of Food Republic. It was on promotion at a deal price. The chicken was a bit dry, which is where the gravy comes in. But even so, I manage to dip all of the gravy at the end of the dish. They even throw in a piece of sausage which tasted alright. The mash potato was soft and goes well with the gravy too. The coleslaw was not too creamy but works well with the rest of the dish.

Upon seeing the big crowd surround the western food stall, I decided to take a look at what they have to offer. The wax salmon pasta looks amazingly appetizing so I ordered it. I wasn't expecting much when I carry the dish over to my table. But to my amazement, it has exceed all my expectations. For the price that I paid (RM15.90), I get a decent pasta with strong herb aroma and topped with creamy and slightly spicy sauce. The salmon was not over-cooked so it's not dry. expected the price for the quality we are paying. the laksa is relaly delicious and taste good. spicy and very nice. big portion too.i like to come here for their service is very fast here as food court area many people dine in and service need to be fast. the seating arrangment is good and comfortable .air conditioning and very cooling. not warm at all and very nice to hang out and chill here.

I love to dine in Food republic food court, especially at the Teppanyaki stalls where i can enjoy the skilled maneuvers of the chefs preparing and cook the food while waiting for my food to be serve.I had this salmon fried rice , where contains small slices of salmon, eggs and vegetables. It was nice but i think they put it alot of ajinomoto in the fried rice and i feel thirsty after having it. However the salmon was quite fresh, although there was only little of salmon in the dish.

Food republic is one of the big food court located at one utama with big space , varieties of food and was nicely decorated. There was lots of choices for food and what caught my attention is the Kulin Teppanyaki stalls where the chef cooked the dish in front of you. food republic in one utama. found this place for lunch. the chicken rice looks nice and many people queue so just try it out and not bad the taste. the chicken meat is tender and juicy and i ask for the more gravy on the sauce and the chili. the rice is fragrant . the service here is good and most important the food court here is clean and not too hot to dine in inside here.

经过上次的香港trip,还很想着他们的烧鸡希望可以再次的吃到.而这里的卖的也是香港烧鸡.而卖相还算不错,当吃起来的味道很香,而鸡肉吃起来也很香滑.这个有配上饭的所以吃起来比较满足.

I almost always eats Vegetarian whenever I visit food courts at shopping mall. I'm always impressed by their range of dishes, and how they managed to spun the vegan dishes and cooked them in such a way they tasted like real meat. No kidding! Food Republic is no exception either. I had a pretty impressive meal, though I must say their Sambal Squid is seriously overspicy, and pretty oily too! 这里的鸡肉terpanyaki我还真没有抱着什么期望去吃呢。直到亲眼看见师傅炒的过程到吃才知道师傅很友好，味道也很好吃。不想一般迟吃到的，都是拌炒在一起送上，这里的是分开的，排列整齐。味道带点酸酸辣辣的。鸡肉软嫩，整体味道很好。

其实我觉得这个鸡肉串虽然用的是鸡胸肉，可是肉质不会说很粗，也算是软嫩了。而且味道也是腌制到很好。但是却只有一串。 其他的蔬菜拌碟对我来说算是多余的，里面有番茄，腌制黄瓜，洋葱，薯条沙拉等等。另外还有面皮送上。

我总觉得如果一餐里面没有米饭吃进肚子是会吃不饱的感觉。经过看见这个 Hong Kong Roast.的烧鸡烤得很漂亮，外皮油油亮亮得很吸引人。。吃下去不错，外皮全都是很香甜的蜜汁，肉质鲜嫩。
