I had went to this Kajang restaurant all the way from Puchong to Kajang to have their spicy soup, instead of ordering their spicy soup alone i did order this claypot belly pork with salted fish.The best part of this dish is where they serve it in a claypot, the claypot is able to keep the dish warm, although there is some dried chilli there but it is actually not spicy.But i cant taste any of the salted fish in this dish maybe they had melt during the process of cookingI would rate this as 6/10

There is so many new restaurant around the town saying that they are selling the famous spicy soup from Kajang, but does not up to my expectaion as i had tried the original Kajang spicy soup before.Whenever i'm looking for spicy soup i will purposely go all the way to Kajang even though I am from Puchong. Their spicy soup were come along with pork meat, pork stomach and so on, not everyone would like to eat things like this as sometime there would some funny smell.No worries i can guarantee you

Every place has got their signature food or specialties. Apart from satay, I was told that Kajang is also rather famous with this hot soup that has main spices like ginger and pepper. I visited this place known as the Fatty hot and spicy soup, a business run by a family since the mid 90’s. Their main ingredients is none other than Chinese favourite, ie. pork. 这里的卤肉真的是普普通通罢了。卤肉里面的猪肉所给的猪肉就不是五花肉。所以吃起来口感就比较硬了然后很黏牙。然后那个酱汁很可惜就是只有酱油的咸味，一点也没有猪肉的鲜味，

我觉得在这里的辣汤就好像和肉骨茶差不多。但是就是里面少了药材，取而代之的就是大量的姜片。汤头很鲜美，很有猪肉的鲜味，然后把油条浸泡在汤头里面几秒钟，不过油条根本不脆了

来到kajang当然少不了就是尝试这里的辣汤了。这里是朋友介绍来的。食物都很有家庭的味道。这个辣汤喝起来都很暖胃。喝了过后肚子都会觉得暖暖的。里面还有很多猪肉还有猪杂在里面

这里的卤大肠我自己就不是那么喜欢了。肠子都清洗到很干净，吃起来也没有奇怪的味道。不过那个酱汁真的不是很好吃。因为都好像没有来自肉类的鲜味。就是单纯的酱油的味道。

这里是那种在住宅区里面的档口。没有很华丽的店面还有招牌。所以来到这里特别觉得有亲切感。除了点了这里的辣汤之外，还点了这里的玻璃生菜。这个玻璃生菜蛮脆口的。而且也很嫩。
