汉记是一家以卖粥而出名的店,当然这件是他们的分店,总店是在茨场街的一个小档口。他们最出名的是他们的生鱼粥,吃法也很特别,可能是我见识少,粥跟生鱼片是另外的,你要吃时才把它放进去,这样才能吃到生鱼片最新鲜的一面,粥也煮得很绵很滑。

I know this place is a famous porridge place and was eager to try it out. I ordered the raw fish porridge which was also highly recommended in the menu. The raw fish was thinly sliced and served in a separate plate. There were some spring onions with the raw fish. I don't fancy the porridge here. For me, the porridge is too thick. I don't like the consistency of the porridge. The raw fish added into the porridge tasted normal only.

看到皮蛋瘦肉粥都会让我很怀念爸爸以前时常做个我吃的皮蛋瘦肉粥,虽然汉记的味道和我爸爸煮的味道不大一样,但也是很好吃的,粥的上面铺了几块亮眼的皮蛋而且还散发出阵阵的麻油香味虽然看起来很简单但味道就是美味而且还可以加油条吃。

汉记靓粥也是茨场街的老字号,从四十年代就开始经营的汉记靓粥到现在以是第三代传人了,这款鸡丝粥虽然比较单调只有青葱和鸡丝做配料,但是喜欢清淡的人还是会很爱吃的,这里的白粥煮的很绵密,而且还会散发出鸡的香味,蛮好吃的。

汉记靓粥的这款猪杂粥说的上是我在kl吃到数一数二好吃的猪杂粥了,猪杂粥里的猪杂给得蛮多的而且都很新鲜也洗的很干净,我很怕吃到猪肠是有怪怪的味道的,除了猪杂外我更爱他们的猪红,猪红煮的非常嫩,喜欢吃猪杂的人一定会爱上这里的猪杂粥的。

平时在外面吃到的生鱼粥里面的鱼肉片真的是少到很可怜。这里的分量给到也算多了。就连我比较关心的腥味也没有这个问题。而且还非常新鲜,鱼肉还有本身的鲜甜味道,肉质也不烂。

这个是非常让人有罪恶感的粥啊。因为里面结合和三种不同种类的蛋类。咸蛋,皮蛋还有一颗生的鸡蛋。我觉得里面的姜丝扮演者重要的角色。毕竟这是比较heavy的粥,姜的味道意外地中和了这种厚重的感觉。

我从来都不是潮州粥的粉丝,因为我觉得淡而无味的粥很无趣。叫了这个白斩鸡配白粥,意外的鸡肉非常嫩滑但是可惜的是外皮太软了不够爽脆。白粥熬到很棉很幼滑,而却也很鲜。

知道hon kee porridge很久了,一直没有机会尝试。去年知道honkee porridge要到uptown开店时,还蛮期待的。结果我只去了一次。那次点了鸡丝皮蛋粥。粥其实还好。其实有点失望,因为没有我想象的那么好吃。

This is my favourite food, clear porridge with salted egg and pork intestine. The pork intestine is so crunchy and tasty. The porridge is warming, moistering and easy to digest. The light taste is goes well with the salted agg. Slightly salty taste of salted egg and the crunchiness of pork intestine makes this simple plain porridge taste nicer and yummy.Nice.

Sometimes I wake up in the mornings, feeling something hot and moist down my tummy. It is when I think of porridge. However my ultimate detour from having porridge is the shops selling them are not opened that early in the mornings. SIGH....This triple egg porridge was loaded with salted egg, century egg and normal egg we have in a bowl of white porridge. Flavor wise, the porridge tasted homely and great but whether it was loaded with lots of MSG, this I wasn't too sure. It had the sesame oil fr

This triple egg porridge was loaded with salted egg, century egg and normal egg we have in a bowl of white porridge. Flavor wise, the porridge tasted homely and great but whether it was loaded with lots of MSG, this I wasn't too sure. It had the sesame oil fragrance that I like.

Perhaps the only thing to be improved on is to put more eggs into it! I love my porridge loaded with lots of ingredients

I love the combination of salted egg, century egg, and regular chicken's egg, so one morning I decided to have porridge at Hon Kee with the three combination eggs. While the porridge was nicely flavoured with the three eggs, the combination was a little overwhelming. Lots of saltiness and richness that taste great at first but grows to be too much towards the middle of the meal. This is perhaps a dish best shared and eaten with add-ons. Otherwise a very good porridge.

Honkee Porridge opens its 2nd outlet in Bandar Puteri Puchong and is located at the same row with Mama Kitchen. Residents there were very lucky as they could have it without went to Petaling Street anymore.Famous Raw Fish Sliced Porridge. (RM5.50)The texture of the porridge was so smooth and the raw fish slice was so fresh. For those who scared of fishie smell, then you must try this as there are no fishie smell at all.
