2 Assorted German sausages / 德国香肠(不同口味)2条
2pcs bacon / 培根2条
100g salad greens / 田园沙拉100克

Ingredient B: / 材料 B:
100g cooked potato / 马铃薯(煮熟)100克
50ml fresh cream / 鲜奶油50克
10g butter / 牛油10克
1/4 tsp salt / 盐1/4茶匙
1/8 tsp pepper / 胡椒粉1/8茶匙

Ingredient C: / 材料 C:
100g Italian tomato sauce (canned) / 意大利番茄酱(罐装)100克
sugar to taste / 白糖适量
Method
1. Wrap German sausages with bacon individually, sear it with some oil until golden brown.(pic 1)
用培根把德国香肠包裹好,放入平底锅把香肠煎至两面金黄。(图1)

2. Bake the sausages in pre-heat oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes.(pic 2)
把香肠放入预热至180度的烤箱烤大约10分钟至熟。(图2)

3. Mash the potato and mix with remaining B ingredients, place on a serving plate with green salads and bacon sausages.(pic 3-4)
把煮熟的马铃薯加入其余B料搅拌均匀,排入碟中,放上蔬菜和烤香肠。(图3-4)

4. Boil the Italian tomato sauce with sugar to taste, serve with bacon sausages.(pic 5)
煮滚C料,与培根及香肠伴食。(图5)
