1. Pour olive oil in 2 ramekins, crack in an egg in each ramekins.(pic 1) 取两个器皿,倒入少许橄榄油,各打入一个鸡蛋备用。(图1)
2. Cover oven tray with aluminium foil and top with bacon, sausages and tomato, drizzle some olive oil on top.(pic 2-3) 将熏肉、香肠和番茄排在铺上锡纸的烤盘里,淋上少许橄榄油。(图2-3)
3. Bake egg and sausages mixture in oven at 200℃ for 10-15 minutes.(pic 4) 将1和2的食材,放入烤箱,以200度高温,烤10-15分钟即可。(图4)
4. Place butter on top of waffle and arrange baked dishes aside, serve immediately. 将牛油块放在格子松饼上,一旁放上烤好的材料一起享用。
