In short, it's a braised Beer Pork Ribs.... The Ribs were deep fried until crispy, then was coated in a thick layer of marmait sauce/ caramel sauce, with loads of sugar and add with some beer... then undergo a reduction process to make it a drier version dish. The sauces taste exceedingly sweet, and the meat was super tough, but still, manage to chew...Not to say very good, but it's definitely not a bad dish I've eaten so far.. ;)
