I have had this set twice already. It consists of a plate of fried chicken and rice with braised sauce. The braised egg is an add on. The chicken is cooked 'Uncle Bob' style, salty with lots of seasoning. The outside is crispy while the inside is left juicy and soft. Probably not the healthiest but I really like it. And the rice is the best! It's covered with the braised sauce and some 'ham choi' (salted vegetable). I could probably have it everyday.. The egg however, I found to be not as impres
