这款豆腐对我来说蛮特别的除了特别外,还吃得厨师的功夫和心思,炸的金黄的外皮看下去虽然感觉普通但是里层却是一层豆腐一层鱼肉,柔软的豆腐配上鱼肉后变得很有层次感,而且鱼肉的鲜甜配上豆腐的香真的很好吃。

这款江南生虾是西公饭店自创的菜式,店家把生虾炸过后再用当归烹煮,但我看到这道菜时我还以为当归会和虾的味道合不来但是试过后却给我有意外的感觉,当归的味道虽然很重但还能吃到生虾的鲜甜,而且生虾很大只肉又鲜甜,虽然价钱有点贵但是还是值得的

这款姜蓉田鸡是我平常比较少吃到的田鸡做法,因为平常姜蓉都是煮鸡的,煮田鸡真的比较少见,但我却不能不赞这道料理煮的好,姜蓉煮的很香辣但却不会改过田鸡的鲜味,而且田鸡的肉很滑嫩,加上清蒸后肉汁更保留在肉里,味道很鲜甜更胜于鸡肉

如果很喜爱吃河鲜的话很建议来大记河鱼饭店,虽然kl有很多河,海鲜饭店但是能煮的好吃的却不是很多,但这里的老板是抓鱼的所以很懂的料理河鱼。其实我觉得好的河鱼是不需太多的调味,清蒸是最好的煮法了,尤其是料理顺壳这种好鱼,吃顺壳最好是选比较大条的,因为越大条鱼肉就越厚实。这道招牌清蒸顺壳是这里的招牌菜老板只用了一些酱油做调味,完完全全带出了鱼的鲜味,能说得上一级棒

hajime 是位于jalan ampang的住宅区里,老板把两层楼的豪宅改成餐厅,环境蛮好的,很适合一般朋友或和家人来这里用餐。。hajime 除了有很美味的套餐外,这里的回旋寿司也是很不错的,清酒的种类也很多,这里的寿司选择也很多,有些还是很难在外面吃到的如海胆寿司。。材料也非常的新鲜,而且寿司饭也很结实不会一夹就散掉。。值得推介
