这款江南生虾是西公饭店自创的菜式,店家把生虾炸过后再用当归烹煮,但我看到这道菜时我还以为当归会和虾的味道合不来但是试过后却给我有意外的感觉,当归的味道虽然很重但还能吃到生虾的鲜甜,而且生虾很大只肉又鲜甜,虽然价钱有点贵但是还是值得的
