this chinese restaurant serves both rice dishes as well as noodles
they are also very proud of their seafood dishes which they guarantee is fresh every time
the singaporean mee hoon in the picture was for three persons
and i think it was a very generous portion for three people
a lot of restaurants now skimp and save on the portion just to earn a little bit more
the mee hoon was very loose and not stuck to each other which signifies that there was enough heat and oil in the wok for frying
it is a plain mee hoon with only bean sprouts as an additional ingredient and probably some shredded carrots but even though plain it was seasoned very well

pin xiang is a nice chinese restaurant at sunway mas and best part it has an air conditioning indoor seating with no extra charge!!
the pork ribs are really tasty
it has a bit of spiciness and a bit of sweetness to it. and this sauce is generously coated on each piece of pork
besides the pork, the other ingredient is the egg plant

super tanker has two branches, the other is at one club
people claim that the one club restaurant has better food
i tried the steamed fish at super tanker and the fish was very fresh that the chef did not need to steam the fish with any ginger to get rid of the fishy smell
the fish is placed on a stand with small candles at the bottom to keep the fish warm
the fish is garnished with coriander and parsley to make it look more appetizing

this is a plain roast chicken dish
it is a whole chicken where the head is also plated
the roast chicken is marinated very well and although there was no gravy, the chicken meat still tasted moist and tender
the restaurant did give a thick transparent sweet dipping sauce but i thought it would have come with the salt and pepper dip as well

tiger prawns are huge and fresh
they are not peeled when cooked so if you are the type that is likes a clean prawn i.e. now black spine, then this dish may be annoying to you
sadly the taste of the prawn only coats the shell
inside the sweet sauce does not get into the prawn flesh
