this restaurant is very creativethey have merged western and chinese style cooking into this pork ribsthe special ingredient is thousand islandbut amazingly once the thousand island is cooked with the pork ribs it doesn't have the sourish taste like you would imagine when you have thousand island for your saladthis pork ribs is more on the sweet side and the pork ribs are not skinny ones, they have a lot of nice juicy meat on each rib continue reading

We had also try the Butter chicken which is well served at Restaurant Pin Xiang.The butter chicken is simply special where it is well fried with the chicken fillet and it is then being add with the thick creamy butter sauce. During the day, Pin Xiang offers the famous Ipoh Chicken Rice as well as a huge selections of noodles from Prawn Mee to Wantan Mee. I'm fortunate to visit this shop in the evening to try the home-style Chinese dishes. The ambiance itself is very warm, giving me a homey feel. Kai Lan with Yam (芋头炒芥兰) @ RM25The yam and vegetables in this dish actually work, but it is the chunks of yam that has me cloud nine. It is deep-fried but the mushy texture blends well with the vegetables, adding extra sweet flavours into it. Spare Ribs in “Pou Ging” Sauce (葡京一支骨) @ RM5 per pieceI love pork with generous amount of sauce. The fall-off-the-bone tender ribs are well-suffused with deep-seated sweet, sourish nuances.
