1 Thing about Malaysia is the food. You have a variety. If I get bored of chinese, I can go for Indian Cusine. If not , there are many others, such as Malay, Japanese, even Korean, BBQ Etc...Jusco Mid Valley has this place(I think on 3rd floor) which is the space set aside for food. The Asam laksa here is lovely, with just the right amount of curry, ingredients and chillis.

I even saw bags and bags of curry laksa prepared well in advance O.o. Thats how popular their asam laksa is

The exterior of Star Village is quite enticing, and I finally visited it. Not once, but so far I have gone there at least 5 times.If you choose to sit outside, you can sit in the wooden enclosed areas that look romantic The interior, nice decorations, American style , homey feeling.Recommended: Their sun tea. Tastes a bit like ribena, but much nicer and with lemon taste. Expensive but exotic. RM12.90 or so.Their soup is also worthy of mention, thick and creamy, not the usual watered down cambell like soup. Lots of fresh wild mushroom in it. Again more pricey, RM6.90. but it is worth it for a real mushroom soup lover. Warm your tummy Their combo set, consisting of chicken, fish or beef, lamb slices, and the sides of fries, bun, coselaw etc. Its seriously nice, especially the sides. The bun is soft (BEST!) and the coselaw is made of raddish not cabbage. RM32.90 or so.

Come during lunch time, they have reasonable lunch deals as well, both western and asian variety

Lots Flower and Tea is a nice cafe that is open spaced, and atmosphere is warm. The entrance is simple, you can see all their food and menu easily.Their design is "green" and classic +modern.You should try their rose tea and lavender tea. Its cooling, and has a hint of green tea in it. Order a pizza, and you'll get to see the worker toss d pizza in the air (I was watching to see if he dropped it, but he din't ! )Mini personal pizza, salami, hawaii flavor etc. 6inches. Thick, nice and noteworthy is their sauce which they use, which is made of rose essence. Its different from tomato sauce because it's less saltish, is more aromatic and just simply tastes good!

There are a 1001 cake shops from Kings to Secret Recipe to Baker's Cottage. However, many still do not really know about Berry's cake house.

Berry's signage is red and attractive. Inside, they have a variety of buns and cakes etc. You should try their cakes ,especially the chocolate cake. It is rich and chocolaty. For chocolate lovers like me, it is not a let down.there are rings of chocolates (white chocolate?) on the top too, and their decoration is always elegant.

For those who like carrot cake, many find this place's carrot cake nice. Average cake price for 1KG cake is RM53.

Literally translated, HAHAXiu Pan Mee means Laughing loudly "Haha!" Pan Mee. Not a bad name, I guess.

This is a little cozy place, simple design. What I like is the availability of magazines (even the latest Cleo, Women's weekly etc) and comics (Doraemon!) that is on the shelves when you walk in.

Not that you have to wait long, as food is served relatively fast. They have a variety of tong sui, and you can take the set (along with the pan mee) that will save you about RM0.80. Dumpling pan mee. Pan mee price is generally RM6-RM6.80. The portion is generous, I must say. The soup is thick, and has some Chinese vegetables that add to the flavor. They have a variety of flavors of mee itself, this is the spinach knife cut pork pan mee. Add on RM0.30 for special flavours like pumpkin, beetroot etc. Nice but actually not much difference tastewise,if you are talking about the pan mee The pork pan mee is good, and has a generous amount of pork (and innards like liver, but you can always opt out), and is very worth the money.

I my opinion, its definitely a place that is worth my money. I have already gone there twice in the 1-2 months I've known the place ;)
