I have to say that generally, Berry's is your typical no-frills, homely neighborhood bakery. They have been around for ages and still able to maintain their low prices Though their buns looks simple (unlike Lavender's uniquely-design looking ones) and do not have fancy names (like Bread Story's) and not really Japanese style which is so popular right now (like Komugi or RT); they're still delicious. Love thier fruit tarts, sausage buns and cheese buns Their cakes though taste good lacks on a modern design outlook though.. they still look old fashioned ...

There are a 1001 cake shops from Kings to Secret Recipe to Baker's Cottage. However, many still do not really know about Berry's cake house.Berry's signage is red and attractive. Inside, they have a variety of buns and cakes etc. You should try their cakes ,especially the chocolate cake. It is rich and chocolaty. For chocolate lovers like me, it is not a let down.there are rings of chocolates (white chocolate?) on the top too, and their decoration is always elegant.For those who like carrot cake, many find this place's carrot cake nice. Average cake price for 1KG cake is RM53.
