Garden Café is also known as Deli Terra Garden Café. I suppose this is the only café that is operating business inside the AEON (Jusco) Departmental Store, at Level 2, which is not a food court area. The strong aroma of Laksa attracted many shoppers dropping by to savor their signature laksa.Garden Café offers three different types of Laksa namely, Penang Asam Laksa, Ipoh Curry Laksa and Melaka Curry Laksa price at RM5.90 per bowl. A variety of Combo set meal with carbonated drink is also available here.It has been quite sometime since my last visit having Laksa here. I have tasted their Laksa soup broth is more diluted and less flavorful now, not as good as before. The Penang Asam Laksa here is garnished with the standard ingredients such as cut chili, onion, cucumber, pineapple and mint leaves. Overall, the Laksa noodles was tasted average good. continue reading

Every time we passed by Garden Cafe at the top floor of Mid Valley Jusco, we were attracted by the fragrance of the Asam Laksa. Garden Cafe serves a variety of local food such as Asam Laksa, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Pulut Ayam, Ipoh Curry Laksa and of course Tom Yam.We had a try on their Asam Laksa which was very was nice, thick and fragrant. The asam laksa is garnish with cucumber, pineapple, chili, onion garnish and mint leave. The asam laksa brings a much to the soury side and spicier.Taste: 4/5Price: RM 6.90 continue reading

This is another childhood dining place of mine around 10 years + ago. I can still remember my cravings towards it and suggesting my parents to have meals there so that I can have my favourite asam laksaThe taste is still pretty much the same until today. The QQ lai fun noodles were rather broken up/cut into small strands not sure whether it was intentional or what. The asam laksa broth taste very sourly appetizing, tangy, makes me keep wanting more. The fish slices/bits came in reasonable portion as well. continue reading

1 Thing about Malaysia is the food. You have a variety. If I get bored of chinese, I can go for Indian Cusine. If not , there are many others, such as Malay, Japanese, even Korean, BBQ Etc...Jusco Mid Valley has this place(I think on 3rd floor) which is the space set aside for food. The Asam laksa here is lovely, with just the right amount of curry, ingredients and chillis. I even saw bags and bags of curry laksa prepared well in advance O.o. Thats how popular their asam laksa is continue reading
