Pancake house not only have varieties of pancakes to choose from. They do have delicious taco, house spaghetti and also chicken rice. It could satisfies your stomach that craving for western food.  The amount of food they provide are equal to the price they charged, you will not feel like overpaying and the food really taste good.

如果说日本美食只限制在于寿司,刺身,那就对日本太过于不公平了。其实日本对于食物非常讲究,除了口味要好之外,不管是呈现,食物的食材等等,都是要顶级的。喜欢日本文化的人应该都懂这点。

今天呢,要分享的是一个比较特别的,就是只专门卖“鸡肉” 的日本美食

 
说实在的我真的没试过类似日本“鸡” 只料理。日前碰巧得到Openrice的邀约,才有机会到来这家 鶏鬨Yakitori Toridoki

那要开始吃前,先跟大家说说什么是 Yakitori 吧.

Yakitori 其实就是日本闻名的串烧烤肉。利用“Kushi"也就是日本串的意思,采用铁,竹枝或其他的把鸡肉都给串上,然后在火炭上考,有点类似我们的BBQ感觉。

不过都说了,他们对食物很讲究,我们平时BBQ只用鸡翼,看看他们用什么吧?

tsukune (つくね), chicken meatballs
(tori)kawa ((とり)かわ), chicken skin, grilled until crispy
tebasaki (手羽先), chicken wing
bonjiri (ぼんじり), chicken tail

nankotsu (なんこつ), chicken cartilage
hāto / hatsu (ハート / ハツ) or kokoro (こころ), chicken heart
rebā (レバー), liver
sunagimo (砂肝) or zuri (ずり), chicken gizzard
toriniku (鶏肉), all white meat on skewer
yotsumi (四つ身), pieces of chicken breast

从鸡皮,鸡肝到鸡肠。。。他们一点都不浪费。唯一没出现的就是鸡脚~

 
一步入宁静的Yakitori Toridoki 后,坐着一下,就有了这个Potato Salad给我们。我们有点惊讶,这我们没点啊!啊,原来每一位顾客都可以得到免费的Potato Salad 这样开胃菜哦~~

经过了一番塞车的折腾,又一晚食物急速送到,心里倍感温暖啊~~加分了!

日本人就这么体贴啊!

 
当然要开始吃肉前是不是也要来个开胃”菜“ 啊?

 
这里的服务员都身穿日本袍,为我们呈上这个需要加 "cheddar cheese" 的 Konsai Salad.

 
Konsai Salad 是用不同蔬菜结合,有金瓜,木薯 等等, 刚烫过的蔬菜热热的,cheddar cheese 一撒上去,马上就融化其中,再加上一些酱料的结合,这个口感真的很棒啊! 很值得一试,价钱 RM18.

 
Teba Age 鸡翼 RM10 一点都不普通,我们常常吃到的是利用蜜糖来腌制。这个呢有咸中带天,绝对不是用蜜糖而是利用特制Shoyu 来腌制~

 
这道Sunagimo Ahijyo RM18 就特别啦~看到那褐色的吗?

呵呵,那就是鸡肝啦!!里面好多块鸡肝哦!而且是要配烤面包吃的~虽然我有点接受不到鸡肝,不过男友超喜欢~他说味道好特别。

 
Maruyaki RM45 外脆内扎实,虽然看似普通,但它是经过健康的材料如日本芝麻油和竹盐腌制过夜的,然后再利用从日本进口的机器把鸡烤得恰到好处!

 
啊~~一把剪刀下去,那只鸡就四分五裂了~~过程太快了

 
我最喜欢的鸡胸肉!再搭配特制的酱料,今晚我敢说没白来了!

 
蛤~~你看我对什么傻笑了?

 
就是传说中的 yakitori 出来啦!耶!Tsukune RM11 也是当晚我最喜欢的。一拿起来就是扎实厚厚的混合鸡肉,加入罗勒不同的日本酱料调味,味感超级棒。要下去就有一种不同的口感,然后有一些些的焦味,嗯!!

 
Yakitori Negima RM5 ,鸡腿加日本韭葱,每一口一定要吧韭葱也咬上,这样才不会对不起这道料理,因为他们是分不开的,咬下去还会有咔咔声呢!

 
Yakitori Toridoki RM 8, 给热爱鸡腿及鸡胸爱好者。 有没好奇为什么每个形状都很好看,原来是鸡肉经过挑选后,再用鸡皮包上~特别吧?

 
我吃过那么多Onigiri,就是没尝过这个 里面有 cheese 的

 
切开后cheese都流了出来,哇~~而且onigiri是烤的耶!Cheese Yaki Onigiri RM12

 
吃到满肚子鸡后,我真的要投降了~~

不过老板说,特地给我们留了这个Houjicha Pudding RM10. 原来这个每天只限量弄一百个。

吃了第一口后,突然觉得这个很珍贵,因为实在太美味了!!!吃到那么多甜品,这个绝对会容纳我最爱的top list里。话说问老板为什么那么好吃,原来这个布丁是加了日本上等的绿茶Houjicha,除了茶香味飘着之外,我就快要融化在那淡淡甜滋滋的感觉。

突然就问老板说,我可以不可以再来一个啊?

老板说我吃的是最后一个了。。。怎么这样啊? 为什么不早说?! *呜呜*

特别推荐这家Yakitori Toridoki因为厨师都是必须到日本训练一段时间才可以在这里烹煮这些食物。而且材料都是只用日本运来的~~

所以我们当晚吃到的,可以说是真正的日本料理了呀!感动到~~Yakitori Toridoki

My first experience with Fish & Co was 2 years ago where I celebrate Evian's birthday with the rest of my 6 housemates. She was a huge fan of fish. Fish & Co dint turned us down that day. We were totally amazed by the special serving method of dishes.

Yes, most of them were served in PAN! A real Pan.

It gave us a totally unique dining experience and the dishes served were mostly healthy and delicious.

A few days ago, I was invited again for a food tasting experience at Fish n Co. I'm excited as Fish & Co is always among my choices when I want to choose my meal for either lunch or dinner.

Like Fish n Co always say “One bite and you're hooked"

 

 
I'm totally in-love with their Mediterranean Sea design. Even the chairs were also in the blue and white strips.

 

 
They make use of the colour of sea, beaches , boat which reflect the jaunty Mediterranean culture.

 
Great ambience only score perfectly where there is great food, let see.

Opps, I missed out rhe most important point! Fish & Co is having lunch promotion right now! It's only start from as low as RM 11.95! A very good news to the fish- lovers right?

This is the add on. The side dishes all comes in seperate pans or plates, and don't worry, they give a generous portion for that.

Side dishes ( paella rice, Mashed potato,Homemade coleslaw, seasonal vegetables) -each RM3.50

 
For those who just love to keep it simple. You can try Artic Fish & Chips RM 17.95

 
Or you just want a seafood twist for that spaghetti. Yongole Aglio Olio RM 18.95 will be the best choice!

 
Ahh, sure they din't missed out the healthy Grilled Salmon Canuun Style RM 25.95 in their lunch menu too.

 
This is my favourite of all- Grilled Peri-Peri Pollock with Paella Rice RM 17.95. I'm a everything also need ‘lat’ one. This one suit me best.

我一向来认为日式料理肯定跟寿司,日本拉面,乌冬面,日本咖喱饭等等脱不了关系。我对日本料理的爱更不用多说了,我特别喜欢日本人把每一样细节都照理得很好,食物除了细心处理之外,就连布置都也会花上一些功夫,肯定让人视觉嗅觉味觉得到了充分的享受。

而我今天要介绍是位于Bandar Sri Hartamas的 BWB Flaming on Table. 这里提供的就是一些平时体验不到的日本料理啊~~更劲爆的是料理尽然都会燃烧!好棒!

 
一整天上课幸苦后,来一餐好好对自己也真不错啊~~

感谢Openrice的诚邀,我才能体验到这不一样的日式料理。

这还穿着formal呢~~一点点不搭,呵呵~~

要来重头戏之前,当然少不了开胃的前菜!

 
TRI SPECIE RM30





这第一道又称为三不同类,主要呢就是结合了(octopus, turbo shell,jelly fish),每一个都是特别腌制,本人觉得这很开胃。而且一点腥味都没有哦!

 
听起来就像结合了韩式一样,泡菜哦!!当然就是带有一些些酸甜味啦,不过是有些稍微的啦

这道带起了我的童年回忆,小小的虾子,可以带壳吃进去,我一个人就可以吃完整碟了,喜爱程度10/10.

我相信这也是许多人的最爱,平时嘴馋最爱拿来吃的鱿鱼丝,这个厨师都烤得不错哟

比起其他的日本料理,这应该会最不起眼,不过可能身边有些喜欢吃鸡肉的朋友会喜欢,一些炸鸡配酒~~嗯

这个一呈现时,我还以为下面是贝壳呢,真的好以假乱真,当手中握起时,我差点都快把它弄碎了,因为下手太重,原来下面是类似饼皮。本人觉得这道蛮创意的,而且口感很好,是我最喜欢的其中一道!
