truthfully, i never had walnut biscuit such as this great before.

so far, this is the best bakery which served the best bread. neither soft bread nor rocky bread is not my liking. i love the texture like moderate.inner bread stuffed with red bean, chopped walnut, raisin& tangerine peel; outer coated with sesame. i guarantee you will chew either one in each bite.
with rm5.50, this is so much worth to have it as breakfast. In my view, this bread is likely to categories as low glycemic food. so you may not need to snack before your lunch anymore. it is such a good choice for diet!

This Danish roll kinda small and wasn't soft, flaky and buttery as how it suppose have to be. I'm pretty sure it wasn't freshly made, so they heat it up for better chewing.Strawberry cake as their cake of day when we visiting them. Its flavor exactly like strawberry short cake, the only different was the baker changed the frosting to custard cream. Its outlook rather ubiquitous, but the taste truly amazing!
Sponge cake was so so so spongy yet fluffy. The custard cream pretty light, and super match with the strawberry. It was pineapple and passion fruit blended. Mixing with some honey to reduce its sourness.

提到和果子，圆嘟嘟的麻薯是不可错过的传统甜点。一颗要价五毛半，价位是有点偏高，但它挺有重量的。可惜麻薯有点老化，吃起来是蛮紮实，但缺少弹性。红豆粒馅有少许甜腻。豆大福相当有份量。不了解日本甜点会以为它跟麻薯的口味一样， 但其实它是带咸后甜。外头的麻薯是带有偏咸的豆子，内馅的甜度比红豆抹茶来得高，可是吃起来的口感却刚刚好。黑糖口味的水羊羹。入口是浓浓的黑糖香，像是果冻，没有羊羹那种沙沙的口感，裹上抹茶或是黄豆粉，带出更新奇的味觉享受！紫薯是日本当红的食材，加入奶油，让地瓜泥更加湿润，绵密，滑顺入口。这奶油量就有点重，不大合我的口味。
