A beautiful hidden space nestle in the Signature Residence. High glass ceilings remind me of Acme Bar & Coffee cafe. Be aware of your seat to avoid to be exposed under hot sun. Another mandatory advise: NO credit card machine, be sure u bring enough cash. Tea obsessor, must try Prana Chai (RM16) with soy milk, make sure you let the masala blend spices infused into the soy milk long enough before pouring them out. Egg Royale (RM 25.8) is great as how it looks like, however the portion isn't satisfactory. Portion of Banana Berry Waffles (RM15.8) is cost slightly better, and the taste equally delicious!

With a ratio of 200% fruit to flour, this rye fruit loaf was a deliciously extravagant combination of raisins,orange peels,walnuts and pine nuts. wonderful closing with tremendous sesame seeds as a shield for the loaf.

 
this bread was in a sourdough culture, making this product unlike any other fruit loaf you have tasted. With all its natural ingredients and no added sugar, this bread is not only nutritious but also wholesome.

 
the bread was dense and hard but quite chewy in the same time. sweet taste was totally release from the natural fruit ingredient from raisins and orange peels.

smile you can request for tasting the hard bread, they would love to serve you.

just heavenly but sinfully after digest it ... (;
you won't regret to buy this as a birthday celebration cake.
9" in rm98 and it can share up to 20 person.
only a small piece, it able to stuff your stomach.

it is because of generous amount of the ingredient they used to made this awesome cake.

Thirty8 餐厅正正就在三十八楼,也是正正面对着KLCC。 好景一定要配好茶。这间酒店餐厅的镇电之宝就是这位。

 
甜品一上座就白雾一片。盖一打开就是椭圆型巧克力MOUSSE蛋糕,边缘是一小球的香蕉雪糕, 再来三颗RASBERRY果。
服务生就会把热腾腾的CARAMEL倒入蛋糕的中间。神奇的是那CARAMEL会慢慢地融进蛋糕里。然后就可以大块朵颐了啦!

夹在蛋糕里的还有巧克力薄片和焦糖粒。口味上超有层次,一口软绵棉的MOUSSE配上脆口的巧克力薄片和焦糖粒,再来刚刚倒进的CARAMEL。太好吃了!
香蕉雪糕也做得超赞!雪糕很滑,还有淡淡的香蕉味,配上底层的小碎饼,口都停不了了。

appreciate to MAKANventures event, hence i had my first ever hotel dinner buffet at Grand Millenium hotel.

 
a very alluring yet unsophisticated decoration.
base is creamy and milky enough, texture as somewhere between a cake and a pudding.
top is a very thin layer of unsweetened liquid chocolate.
both are so well matching, and this create a deliciously velvety, slightly sweet and gratifying dessert.

crunchy yet chewy gelatinous reddish water chestnut, fresh sliced of jack fruit, when chewed together with the lightly sweetened coconut milk and shaved ice, it so refreshing and makes for an interesting oral sensation.

 
smile both are so light and decadent enough to merit a try. definitely a good choice for buffet.
