I believe this one considered Chinese fine dining restaurant. We brought the discount Groupon to use here and this restaurant gave us superior dining experience.

The meat slices are finely cut, so thin every piece that a few dip into the boiling soup, it is well-cooked already.
Belly Belly Belly Good!

Belly Belly Belly Good!

We are both soup and steamboat kaki, both me and my girl friend. So we loved Xiao Fei Yang pretty much.

The environment is... very Chinese, in a good way, makes me feel like I am having my holiday at China.

However, I'm not 100% confortale for the dining tools charges... Isn't it washing the dishes part of the restaurant's service? If not, what is the service tax for then? Delivery charge ah?

Hi-Class Bak Kut Teh OK Jun 16, 2012

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Bak Kut Teh

Yi XIang Bak Kut Teh wasn't the first Klang Bak Kut Teh that expand their business to modern Bak Kut Teh chain-store. But honestly, most of the time I'd rather spend the 2-hour driving down to Klang for it. You know, at certain level, this is a kind of bak kut teh worship. tongue

Meaty, that's the only word I can think of. Some how it reminds me about the bak kut teh origin story that it used to be physical worker's main food for lunch, the combination of Chinese herb, concentrated meat soup and rice will provides enough energy for one day.
This kind of Bak Kut Teh will never go wrong

Birdie Lays Egg Restaurant Smile Jun 14, 2012

Was attaracted by the name of this restaurant because the restaurant name in Chinese literarily means "Bird Lays Egg"(鳥生蛋).

I didn't take picture of the interior but I need to mention here that the restaurant is well-decorated. Friend told me they once serves sushi buffet, but we were there like 9pm at night and we just had dinner so it is not the right time for sushi buffet.

But we still couldn't resist ordering a pizza there.

Not just pizza, so far everything I tried there is good.

I believe the way the restaurant owner run this restaurant and the chef cook his food is just through one word "Heart".

Yeah, very got heart.

Thai Fare Like Its Bangkok Outlet Smile Jun 14, 2012

"Thai Fare Like Its Bangkok Outlet"
I copied the title from the newspaper review, I think that is the only line that best describe the restaurant.

The whole restaurant was just renovated in May earlier this year. The restaurant owner decided to call of like almost a week for the renovation.

That was a week I suffered. I lost one good choice for outside dinner. In fact, I have my dinner outside everyday.

So this is what I order EVERY TIME I go there with my girl friend.

shocked Tom Yum. Just like any good tom yum I had during my visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

bowlPaprik Chicken. Not really a paprik person, but with their fragrance Siam rice, this dish taste heavenly.

lol Stir Fried Kai Lan in Oyster Sauce. Mum says they use fish sauce, but who care, it taste superb!

Okay first of all this is a negative review.

I went there with Girl Friend for my birthday celebration. We brought a Groupon voucher to dine there.

We showed our Groupon upon arrival so we skipped the food ordering part as the BBQ pork set with Tofu soup and Bimbibap is definitely more than enough for just 2 of us.

But it took us a while to make up our mind while ordering our drinks. Strange right? It is rare to see a Korean restaurant doesn't provide free flow green tea--okay, if you order one pot then can refill hot water. You know, we wished we actually don't have to choose... But the situation just made us naturally did our math and end up ordering one pot that we couldn't finish.

So the side dishes arrived. Maybe because we just shouldn't dine at another Korean restaurant that serves really authentic Korean side dishes the day before, some of the side dishes here just make us think we're in a local Chinese restaurant.
Hmm... It doesn't taste...Korean enough...

And then the Bimbibap and Tofu soup arrived. Honestly, Bimbibap was good, soup was terrible.
Bimbibab was good!

Bimbibab was good!

The supposedly main thing came up--the BBQ Pork! But... but... unlike the table right beside us that the waiter cook the pork slices right at their table, our BBQ pork was delivered suspiciously COOKED and COLD.
Korean BBQ Pork at Promotional Price is BAD.

I wasn't so pissed until I took their menu and try to order REAL Korean BBQ Pork set and found there is actually a same set of BBQ Pork set, and the Groupon saved us 5 bucks which we spent it on the pot of hot green tea (I actually wanted cold one if not ordering the pot).
