Di Wei Chinese Cuisine, the striking vintage decoration, contemporary and very tasteful, in line with the hotel's sleek and chic concept. The restaurant is also very spacious. Tables are placed quite far apart from one another in the main dining area, which is not commonly seen in a Chinese restaurant. This this I am having here is called the Stir fried brinjal with minced pork and dried shrimps.

My first time in Delicious Café, it is nicely decorated and done up in their signature colors of white and turquoise. The menu consists of pastas, sandwiches, salads, local delicacies and desserts. I tried the spicy seafood spaghetti and it was delicious, the freshness of the seafood and its slightly spicy.

Baskin Robbins has a variety of delightful ice cream flavors such as Classic flavors, Seasonal flavors, and Regional flavors. My choice for today is the Pistachio Almond and Daiquiri Ice. Pistachio Almond the nutty combination of Pistachio ice cream and roasted almonds. Daiquiri Ice the lime ice blends with a splash of rum flavoring for a taste of the islands.

Each piece of the baked spare ribs was large and meaty with beautifully charred edges that perfectly baked. The meat was tender, when I put it into my mouth, it's kinda soft, sweet and a little bit oily. This is a dishes that are bone licking good. However I'm not a fan of ribs. I more likely to eat meaty parts than bone parts. But it's worth to try!

This dishes came in the form of a quail egg, soft and creamy placed on the fresh oyster and topped with a spoon of caviar. The combination of freshness juicy oyster, creamy yolk and salty caviar was simple yet tasty. The freshness of the oysters were further enhanced by the egg yolk. I also like the luxurious addition of caviar on top!
