Vanilla ice ice baby Smile May 14, 2012

This is the first time I tried the Tong Pak Fu RM 5 promotion snow ice ever since the promotion started. I never thought that I'll try the daily snow ice which is on the promotion as non of the flavors are my favorite. Anyway, I figure it's worth a try since it's only RM 5. I couldn't get any cheaper price for that snow ice. The milk snow ice is kinda creamy and the milk taste is kinda strong but luckily there are some taro balls, red beans, mangoes, and Q-Jellies served with it. Only then, I managed to finish my milk snow ice. tongue Overall, it was kinda good. If you like milk, then you should give it a try.

Pontian Wanton Mee Smile May 14, 2012

Each time I passed by this shop, never once I feel like going in. Maybe the shop name doesn't sound attractive to me. Anyway, finally decided to give a try at this shop since my boyfriend wanted to try their food. We both ordered the same noodles which is the black sauce wanton noodles. It costs RM 4.50 for regular size. Their service was good as the food was served after a few minutes. I told my bf that the noodles look okay only. However,to my surprise, the noodle texture was good and the wantons are crispy! I enjoyed the food very much. Last but not least, I ordered a peanut soup dessert to end the satisfying meal.

'No see no go" Cry May 14, 2012

This unique cafe known as 'Pat Kin Pat Sun' when you indirectly translate it in english, it's called 'No See No Go', is located in PV128 in Jalan Genting Klang. Do not worry that you'll have difficulty in finding it as its cafe name board is kinda eyes catching and it's just at the corner. I've heard news from a friend of mine that there are 5 young men with different talents came out with this cafe concept. Oh my! What a brilliant idea! I'm sure their parents are proud of them as the business is growing more and more. lol It's usually crowded during peak hour and you have to wait for a few minutes in order to have a seat. In the menus, they have dim sums, western cuisine and local cuisine. I've been there once for a friend gathering event and I find that their food is actually good! Too bad I didn't managed to catch a photo at that time. Anyway, I went there last Saturday and the good news is I managed to catch a photo of my food this time. Hehee.. tongue However, to my disappointment, this time round, the cheese baked rice with pork chop wasn't that good. The cheese is not that nice as in it tasted plain (flavorless) and the pork chop is salty! Hopefully, in my next visit, I won't be disappointed again.

Porridge for Health Smile May 07, 2012

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Seafood | Noodles

The first time I went into this restaurant was to buy some healthy drinks for my mother. I never thought of dining there as it gives me some kind of expensive feel. Can't blame me for that tho cause the design of the restaurant is kinda classy look. tongue Anyway, my sister brought me to this restaurant for dinner bowl and it is indeed that the price is not that cheap. I ordered 'Dried Scallop Porridge with Whitebait Wolfberry' as I am a fan of porridge. I don't mind eating plain porridge just with soya sauce. Hehee.. lol The porridge tasted good and I love my porridge a lot and will definitely pay a visit again. smile

Pepper Lunch for Lunch Smile May 07, 2012

Categories : Japanese | Food court | Steaks / Chops | Burgers / Sandwiches

One of my best friends told me that I should go and try this food out whenever I'm free. tongue One fine day, I managed to catch some free time to do some shopping spree. After shopping, I decided to have my late lunch at the 'Pepper Lunch'. Giving the menu a quick look, I ordered 'Beef Pepper Rice' as I have no idea what to order as it was my first time there. After 10 minutes of waiting, my food is finally here. smile I was told to add some sauce and mix it evenly. I was having fun mixing the rice and beef. The beef is tender and the taste is just nice! Overall it was good. lol But one thing which I dislike after eating there is there's smell on my hair and clothes. sad
