First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking. It also comprise of green pea and carrot slices. It is not only decorated nicely but it has a colourful combination which increase our appetite.

There are variety of chinese cuisine in Ritz Carlton Hotel, Bukit Bintang, and this dish was my favourite -- li yen's signature bean curd served with honshimeiji mushrooms and spinach.. :-D The combination was good and the bean curd blended with spinach was also excellent..
