Yuen Buffet Steamboat has a reputation as the bastion of seafood buffet steamboat restaurant. Despite offering only hotpot with 2 soup types i.e. chicken broth and spicy Tom Yam, there is a satisfying conclusion that this establish... This steamboat restaurant has been gaining a steady reputation for years and has managed to maintain its popularity despite competition from new steamboat restaurants. I guess the secret lies in a few factors. Their buffet ingredients ... I tried their Assorted Nigirisushi, with salmon roe, ebi (shrimp), maguro (tuna), unagi (eel) and hamachi (yellowtail fish).
