This café in Hong Kong has been operating for more than a decade and there are many patrons will still return for their French toast! The one thing that amazed us is French toast is the only food they sell. Although the bread looks really hard but when you take the first bite, you can feel the softness and fluffiness of the bread. The outside of the bread is crispy and not as hard as a French loaf. Then, topped with the chef’s homemade pickled radish and shredded bamboo shoots, coupled with different flavor of pork fillings. It taste a little sweet and sour and it is really appetizing! If you love to eat spicy food, you may challenge their super spicy flavor as well!
