the fried (pork) sauce noodles is particularly quite spicy. it also has a slight soya flavour after being mixed with the spring onions and shredded carrots, which add to its crunchiness. the noodles were very springy, although some might think its hard to chew but for me, i do quite liked it. if only they toned the spiciness down, it would be quite alright since i could only taste spicyness in it and nothing else. good for those who prefer spiciness over everything else.
the environment in Dragon-I is like all other places, quite dark but bearable for family dinners. the staff were a little unwelcoming, though. chinese tea here are also refillable so its good to order just a few to share within your family
