The noodle was springy where each strain was adequately flavoured with the soya sauce and condiments alike. Vegetable was normal as I guess they are just blanched with hot water. As for the ‘wan tan’, they were nicely wrapped within a silky skin, which after cooked in hot soup, they are smooth and delectable to the palate. The soup was clear without any distinctive taste and the filling of the wan tan was nicely marinated. Overall, I think this wan tan noodle was still average.
