After the few fried and raw dishes, we were served with the Tai soup, a clear soup with mushrooms, toufu, some clear-like noodles and the fish itself. The tai soup had a clear and fresh taste and went well with the soft and fresh snapper fish. It was great to have the tai soup before any Japanese main course.

Tastewise, there wasn't much in the soup, but the fish was really fresh. IT is exactly what you would come to expect from a clear japanese fish soup. there was a slight miso taste to the soup as well.
