Miso soup of spring onion, seaweed and tofuMediocre, but enough to warm the stomach.
Chawanmushi was smooth in texture yet expect no ingredient but plain steamed egg.
Would be better if the background music just stick on Japanese song only in creating the ambience of Japan.Post
