The stir fried glass noodle was completed with eggs, spring onions, black mushrooms, minced chicken and tomato slices. The noodle was generously coated with scrambled egg. It was sticky and not so springy. The noodle was lack of "wok hei" in my opinion. The taste was just ok, not that salty. There was some beansprout to add some crispy texture to the noodle. Overall, not a bad dish.
