I don’t mind having kerabu chicken feet when the bones have already been removed, but I am not a big fan when it comes to chewing and spitting out tiny feet bones of chicken. I was urged to try one, and feeling adventurous, I did. Surprisingly, the chicken feet were very tender. The edible tissue consisting of skin and tendons were very tasty and not overly chewy. Gelatinous in texture, the chicken feet was extremely flavourful as they have been marinated for at least a day before being stewed, according to the waiter. I would probably not eat this again, but I highly recommend this dish to people to truly enjoy chicken feet.
