Steamed dumpling. The size of this steamed dumpling were quite big, however, I think it was not being steamed properly. The top "curled up" parts were so hard, I had to cut off that part. The skin was thick also which I do not prefer. The inner filings were fine, meat and some prawns. The fillings were soft and not too salty. They just need to improve on the skin in the future.
