One of the items I tried at this restaurant is the Soup Dumpling. The dumpling is served in a dim sum basket at just the right size for the dumpling and placed on a plate. A straw is provided for sipping the soup in the dumpling first before you crack the dumpling open.I find the taste to be quite good with the soup full of the meat taste and makes me want to get more of the soup. I find the taste to be quite good with the soup full of the meat taste and makes me want to get more of the soup. The meat in the dumpling were sufficiently flavourful and the dumpling pastry soft and thin. Definitely one of their signature dish done well.
