Being a member of The Loaf has its benefits as you can get new bread flavors at half price. This is one of the newest bread to be introduced by The Loaf and its called the sichuan chicken bun. The is rather small in size, just slightly larger than a xiu long bao. The insides of the bun is spicy chicken strips with onions. The chili oil stung my nose when I bite into it and the base of the bread is very oily from soaking up the excess oil.
