Being a member of The Loaf has its benefits as you can get new bread flavors at half price. This is one of the newest bread to be introduced by The Loaf and its called the sichuan chicken bun. The is rather small in size, just slightly larger than a xiu long bao. The insides of the bun is spicy chicken strips with onions. The chili oil stung my nose when I bite into it and the base of the bread is very oily from soaking up the excess oil.

Cereal, is a loaf which is stuffed with so much cereal goodness inside it. The loaf has done a great thing I would say to make sure that this cereal loaf is not too dry and hard, which is one reason why most people do not really like cereals. It has a lot of mixed cereals inside, you will see them with every bite. I have discovered a way of eating it, which is to dip it into fresh milk, for me I think it almost work the same way as the ordinary cereal with fresh milk.
These bread sticks from the loaf I think is one of their specialty. The sticks' texture is really good, not too hard, not too soft, and it brings with it a hint of crispiness. Another great thing about their olive sticks is that the taste of it has the strong hint of olive's aroma, but it is not at all oily. You can imagine if you have to eat one oily bread stick, it would be terrible. I think their olive sticks go well with earl grey tea.
Different from the ordinary Campagne being sold in the loaf, this Campagne Fromage is one edited version of it, or I should say that it is an improved version -- provided that you like cheese. They kept the compact texture of the Campagne big round loaf and they added cheese and butter baked and melted with the loaf. This, I think has enhanced the taste of this loaf, something worth trying if you have not tried this before!
As its name tells you, Campagne is a kind of home bread. In French, it means country bread. It was a kind of traditional baking. This big round loaf was usually used to feed the family in French for over a week, and how the loaf kept this tradition is appreciable. I like the texture of this big round loaf very much, every bite is so compact and you can taste the rye flour they used in it. A great choice for sharing.
This is the typical french loaf that is as hard as a stick that you can find in most bakeries. However, I would like to recommend the baguette being sold in the loaf. Their french loaf is very fresh and it is made daily, so you do not have to worry that you are getting a baguette which is not fresh. The texture of this french loaf is hard but at the same time you can feel the crisp when you bite it. Very compact texture, goes well with some tomato or cheese topping.
This is one of the 'inventions' by the loaf and as usual, delighting and not disappointing. This choco kiki is the crispy and crunchy layer of dough wrapping some chocolate cream inside. The dough is baked to this golden brown crunchiness and paired with the chocolate cream which is really rich, it makes a very good combination. Something special that chocolate lovers should not miss out for sure.
Another style of quiche other than loraine quiche being offered by the loaf is their chicken ham quiche. So, if you always loved chicken ham and this is something that you should try out. The texture of the quiche is surely different from any buns you have tried. It is crispy and buttery in taste, added in the slices of chicken ham, the combination of quiche with it is really good. I have tried both quiches here and I think despite the price is a bit high, it is still worth it.
The quiche being offered in the loaf is one of the best quiches that I have tried so far. Their loraine quiche is very delighting. Although it is a bit expensive, but I still think that it is worth it. The base is this buttery dough which is crispy and not oily and it is the loraine filling which is surprisingly refreshing. It is baked to golden brown colour and on top it has the parsley sprinkled. Something I would recommend!
Garlic bread is one of my favourites and this garlic bread from the loaf is one of my favourites amongst other breads in the loaf too. I always take it when I am craving for some snacks. Their garlic bread is very crunchy and what is really nice is that the garlic butter is generously used. The combination of the crunchy dough with the buttery garlic taste without any other meat is just good and I think it is going to be my favourite all the time. Something worth trying out in the loaf.
Chicken mushroom pie is something that you can get it at almost every bakery, however the chicken mushroom pie at the loaf is really nice and is something that I would recommend. The chicken mushroom filling in the pie is so a lot and the mushroom taste is very strong. What I like more about this pie is the pie itself, which is very buttery and crunchy. And yet, it is not oily. It is fairly priced too, I would say, worth trying!
