Hoi Peng Seafood Restaurant offers many types of styles of crabs. One of my favourites is the salted egg crab. The best thing about Hoi Peng is that their crabs are always served in XXL sizes, each crab claw is the size of a fist. The crabs are normally more than 1kg each. The salted egg were used generously, each piece of crab is fully coated in them, salty and a little sweet. The crabs are definitely very fresh and juicy!
